Although I was not initially not happy with the eyelash extensions performed by a junior stylist, I was pleased with their customer service when I lodged a complaint.The owner was lovely and courteous. I requested the lashes removal and Glam lashes gave me a complimentary removal a week later after they put on.I would suggest check their Instagram page and look at the stories and choose the stylist whose work you like the most.Also highly recommend going for a consult first if you have never done eyelash extensions before and unsure what style may suit you. Cause only a stylist can provide a professional advice on what look you want to achieve and if that look is possible for your specific eye shape and lash distribution/shape.

Where to start! This salon is beautiful, light & airy. There’s always a warm welcome when you arrive, which is nice. The girls are all really amazing at what they do & I absolutely love my lashes! They’re so light handed, you can barely feel them while they’re at work (which is really relaxing). 100% recommend! Thank you to the team at Glam eyelash extensions :) xx

I had my first appointment with Emma at no cost 3 months ago, I could ask all my questions and express my concerns from a terrible previous experience - she reassured me very quickly and her expertise was obvious.The first appointment took 2h but it felt like a breeze.Today was my 4th appointment with a natural volume set refill and I couldn’t be more happy about the whole experience.It is 3 times more expensive as what I used to pay though, but definitely worth every penny.The Salon is beautiful and cozy (just bring a jumper if you’re sensitive to AC like me), you really do take a nap during the appointment because she is so careful that you don’t feel a thing. I come from a place where I was anxious to get my lashes done to now an absolute delight, really looking forward to it, thanks Emma!

Glam Eyelash Academy was the best choice I could have made for my training provider! From the start when applying to the end walking out after formal training everything went amazing! Ave is so passionate about lashing and training the upcoming techs the proper application and providing accurate information to the girls she is training. I would 100% hands down recommend Glam Eyelash Academy to anyone looking to train in lash extensions.

Highly recommend. The training is next level from knowledge and experience I can’t fault it. There are only max 4 girls in the training class so it’s nice and intimate and plenty of room to get 1 on 1 as well. Thank you Glam you have changed my life! Xx

Did the classic and volume course with Ave, and she was incredibly helpful and attentive and taught me everything I needed to know. She made all the students feel very comfortable and an amazing learning experience, super knowledgeable and beautiful person!

So it’s been a week since I’ve done my volume course with Ave at Glamlash Academy and 7 months since I’ve started my lash tech journey!From start to finish, Ave has always had safety at the forefront of her mind which is why I’ve chosen her for all three of my courses now!Being a nurse myself, I am aware of the dangers of damage to the eyes due to poor and unhygienic practices hence why this is soooo important to me!Ave provides you with all the tools necessary and years and years of knowledge because she really just wants her students to succeed. She is empowering and so supportive when you have any difficulties, issues, questions and will even respond months after the course is completed.I never felt like I had any questions to ask because she would finish answering my questions as she explains her methods. I particularly enjoyed Day 2 where we got to put theory to practice!If I had to chose again and again, I’d only chose Glamlash Academy!

I attended Glam’s classic lashes 2-day course and couldn’t recommend it enough. Ave is so knowledgeable in her industry and has such extensive experience that it was a pleasure to learn from her. She is also very attentive, positive and easy to get along with ☺️
